Wow. I was looking for a thread ridiculous enough to use this in, and now I have found it. I hereby declare this thread...

Tom, I could go into how you did infact question Chesters salvation (nice post editing btw) But I won't bother. You know you got called on somthing, you can respond to that however you want. If Nate hits me in the face with a board, I can yell "Nate gave me a hug" all I want. It changes nothing. I seriously hope this does not come off as hurtful...but I say this honestly as a brother in Christ. If you honestly think you were...

"Intellectually debating" then I don't know what to tell ya. I've heard you in the past get quite irate when people say you act young...this thread is a clear example of why people would take that stance. You hop from music thread to music thread, posting weird stuff. Like half spamming for bands that had nothing to do with the OPs first post...etc. Just chill dude. Like bands, hate them. Not every single music thread needs to be your soap box ok? Nobody is gonna think less of you if you don't try to act like a music genius on every thread. And in the same logic, nobody will think more of you either. You can blow this post off if you choose too. Thats fine. Best of luck to ya posting on CAA. You broke no rules in what you posted, so don't consider this some kind of wrist slap. Just consider it a friendly word from a brother in Christ. This is my last post in this thread. My final thought would be this. I seriously doubt Linkin Park have ever stirred so much yapping about one of there albums then with this CD. A 7 page thread of debate over the lyrics, sound, and members. I'd say the band is doing somthing right.

This thread is why I switched from Rock and roll to Jpop. That cute Japanese girl might be singing about bringing down the Diet, or protesting the Prime Ministers unhealthy dislike of the West, but as long as she's singing in Japanese, I'll remain blissfully unaware.

You know, Rock and Roll is a medium through which people get their thoughts out there. I respect that. I also know that Rock And Roll has been politicized, for good or for ill, and its oldest days are based in upheaval and struggle. I get that too. But really man, some of you kids are takin' the music too far, and too serious. I enjoy music, even moreso Rock music, more than most. I'm an audiophile, so that helps, and I was brought into this world with rock and roll playin' on the radio, so that clinches it. But really, guys...Taste is taste. Your taste doesn't roole t3h sk00l, it isn't k3wl3er th@n th0u, it doesn't make you more l33t.

If it's Indies talkin' smack about mainstream, or Brits dissing American Punk, or vice versa, it's always something. And it's getting old dudes...It's getting really old.

So, I present the following formula to keep things nice and clean around here:

your taste+Someone elses taste-being an elitist jerk about eithers taste+sharing mutual respect as Christians using the same message board=WIN.

Understand?
With your doubt, all is comfort
We are all as we appear
No more questions left unanswered
No more wonder, no more fear
Nothing is beauty, nothing's feeling
Blood where there once was a soul
So I ask you, prove yourself
Make me believe that you are whole

This thread is quite possibly the funniest thread in all of CAA. I love it.

And half of you think I'm judgmental?

I've never seen so many attempts to insult me in one thread and this is the only Christian forum I participate in (out of the few I do).

The irony.

Many times on the 'net I have found people who believe everyone on the 'net persecute them, but they never once consider whether there's any merit to the mud. Point of fact, I was one, once.

Haha, thanks. But really, the credit goes to the lovely Miss Radical Dreamer. She's the one who gave me the idea (I just executed it before she could).

I don't think everyone on the 'net is on to persecute me.
I'm sure people have better things to do with their time.

It's just the people in this thread that are making attempts to.

Someone comes in and says the lead vocalist is a Christian and they know it for a fact.
I'm trying to say that you neve know for a fact what a person truly believes in their hearts.

I think there's just as much of a chance of Chester being a born-again believer as anyone in these forums or on Earth for that matter.

But I'm Tom Dincht, so I must be wrong and I should be looked down upon.
