Kickboxing

kickboxing is killer I could not get out of bed today i could not feel my legs. I fell out of bed trying to get up I had to crawl to the kitchen to get my breakfast. But I am finally bracing it through.
What have you done that has left you in pain the morning after?

Can't remember if I have dome anything leaving me in pain the morning after but carrying around my backpack all day makes my back hurt by night. :'(

I'm a Karate practitioner myself and I know what the morning after feels like. My advice, get a nice protein down your pallet minutes after your session then just soak in a nice, hot bath for a while. Another thing is to stretch before and after your session.

I did stretch although i did not take a bath.
