For around 3 hours, I couldn't access CAA. I don't think it was a problem with my internet, because other sites worked fine. Am I the only one?

This was most likely due to small technical problems or updates. The times when CAA is down usually last anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours. Just be patient and try again later.
If it lasts more than a day, then please, feel free to express much concern.
