Another bag of problems copyright law creates when it tries to solve the problem. In theory, trademarks prevent confusion in business marketing. But what happens when a gov agency, part of the gov, the body of people that actually uphold copyright law, all of a sudden want one of your biz names/logos/phrases/etc. What do you do?
Your thoughts on the situation?
