Oh! Oh! I"m planning on going! i haven't sent in my registration forum yet (I, uh, procrastinate), but I've applied for time off the entire week...

I *might* show up in a cosplay, too, but that plan looks like it's falling through. I don't know how to sew, I only have a month, and it'll also be my first con. It's too bad, the DJ reacted really positively when I mentioned I was going as Inner Sakura...^^;;

Well, I'm going with at least 3 people I know, and they have friends in Denver. We are cosplaying as a group...so...if you see someone crossplaying sailor mars, i'll be the person dressed as sailor moon trying to act like i don't know them. (*sigh* why did they have to choose sailor moon? not like i don't like the show...but it's embarrassing...)

Actualy I am working on getting a hotel room together so far we have me and a friend confermed (actualy i got to send out that registration stuff) But I shall be in attendence. If I cosplay anything Im going to go as a j-rocker since that won't be to hard besides getting the hair right stuped hair.

well I want to go as a digimon next year doe..LOL I was so happy to see a TK cosplayer at our con!!

I have now been told to pick one so I shall be attempting Tetsu from L'Arc En Ciel Tho I could use some ideas for clothes (pics would be lovely).

We're leaving tonight for Denver, woot!! See you all there!

If anyone feels like saying hello, I'll be a guy in head to toe black, gold rimmed victorian glasses, and a black greek sailor's hat, and a Front Line Assembly sweater.

As an update, something evil happened with our Sailor Moon costumes. So all of us are going as the same characters next year. Instead, since we have like a day to get it ready and I actually kinda wanted to do it anyways, I'm going as Nako Nako from PGSM. Yay for embarrassing costumes!! So yeah, if you see someone walking around with a red cowboy hat, wings, and a green horn...that's probably me.

(and for all of you who actually wanted me to take pics in my Sailor Moon outfit, I should still be dressed as that for Halloween, so I can get pictures from that)

I ended up getting an acting gig on sunday (gota love last min casting) and some other things fell thru so I will not be attending this year (will be next year gona make sure of that) at least this way i will be able to get to gether my Alex Roe uniform and possably have the hair for a compotitions!

Hey guys! I went last night, it was great!

I'll be going to the con tomorrow and Sunday as well. Keep an eye out for me on Saturday--I'm wearing a purple shirt with 'producer' on the back (I won it in the Gasha-pun Anime Pitch contest!) and a panda hat. ^^ Not sure what I'm wearing Sunday...probably my Gir tank top. I'll be in the company of one a Silent Hill nurse. XD

I went yesterday from around 2 or so until...umm...whatever time we left for dinner. Then we went again from 11 to 12. In the afternoon I was walking around with the hat i keep my anime pins on with a little CAA sign attached to it in case anyone happened to walk by. At 11 I was dressed though. Only one person actually came up and told me they recognized me and wanted a picture, other than that I had a couple pic requests and I think I saw only one other person with a look of recognition on their face. Hopefully more will recognize me today since there will be more people.

Also...does 'Hedwig' make sense to anyone here...?

Today was awesome!! I was in a cosplay fighting contest as Nako Nako and lost, but seeing as I only had 28 hit points, I did pretty well. Hopefully I'll find a video of it because my friends were too close to record well. Even though my team did horrible, it was still so fun, probably the best time I've had at the two cons I've been to. I'll try and show some pics later.

Lord & the pocketbook willing, I hope to join you guys there next year. Haven't been there since 2001. Looking forward to hearing of your adventures!

Sorry guys, I was planning a Video Game Convention to take place in Denver in September of 2007. Unfortunately, because of the meetings regarding that convention, as well as a bunch of other stuff, I couldn't be there this year.

I'll probably make it next year though.

Regardless, any of you Coloradans or others close should come to D.Con (the video game convention) next September.

It'll be at the Colorado Convention Center. We already have a host of things lined up, and Crispin Freeman is going to be there too (for all you voice actor fans). There will be PC gaming tourneys (think Counter Strike) as well as console game tourneys (Halo, Super Smash Bros, etc.) as well as cosplay contests and other events.

Oh, by the way, there will be a bunch of developers giving a first look at their new stuff there too.

So yeah, come to D.Con next year, a few weeks prior to NDK. I'll be sure to be there. I'll get you guys more info as we get plans/vendors/events finalized.

Hehe...you know...I could have said one fact about the group I went with that would have given you a big clue that I might be nearby...someone was dressed as the Great Saiyaman. We actually had about 8 to 11 people in our group at different times. If you saw the Sakura (from Naruto) who hugged tons of random strangers trying to get over 500 hugs (I think she got about 530), I know her. The Great Saiyaman was one person on the first day, and a different friend of mine the next days. If you saw the male Ten Ten(sp? I don't watch Naruto enough...) that was a person I know. He would have been at the rave doing the worm, but I wasn't there. And yeah, if anybody saw any of the battle cosplay, I knew 1/4th of the people in it.

There's a very good chance my brother & I will be able to go this year. I don't know exactly which days, etc. Please post or pm me if you'll be there & when. Is anyone's staying at the hotel?

I'll be there. Won't be buying anything since I'm broke this year, but I will be there. I'm not cosplaying either...don't have my Solid Snake mullet from last year. Can't wait to meet you guys.
