Is a load of crap. If that were true, every highschool in America would have outlandish security measures in place, and we'd hear about it on the news all the time. I'm saying this as a public effort to get rid of faulty information.

However, I googled "98% of the teenage population," and do you know what my results were? All of them were internet forum signatures. Not a single scientific study, not a single news report, nothing.

This leads me to believe some yahoo put it in his or her signature, probably to see how many people they could get to put it in their signature.

After all, let's look at it logically. If this many teenagers have it in their signature that they haven't smoked pot, obviously it can't be as low as 2%.
