Hey man, that's amazing! I'm so happy things went okay and that Ella is now home safe. Thanks for sharing with us the amazing story. Very inspirational indeed. She is really cute.

Congratulations man. It's certainly a time to celebrate the precious gift of life.

Omedetoo gozaimasu! :)

Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is very common, although since this was a few days after birth, it's usually physiologic and fortunately not related to blood group incompatibility or anything like that. On the pediatrics service, we usually have a bili baby every few days or so.

Welcome to confinment. You should be released in 18 to 20 years with good behavior. Congratulations.

And people wonder why I don't want any ;)

Nevertheless, Torokun, welcome to the adventure! By the way, there's a code brown in his crib. Might want to check that out.

Seriously, how are you and your wife adapting?

Whoa... give you guys 12 hours with pictures of a baby... and the thread gets plastered with comments (o^~^o)

Thanks for the encouragement and the blessing. Those of you who think I am "bound" to being a father and it's the end of my life (even in the joking level), you have no idea what you are talking about. It's such a previlage! I woudn't have it any other way. True... my life will never be the same. One more responsibility on top of being a husband. But, being a father really makes certain abstract theological things into a reality. For example, the very fact that all mighty God would create creatures and call them His children. And be "Bound" to love and be responsible for the ones He elects.... Sounds familiar? I don't think He was thinking... "Gees... for the amount of time the humanity falls into sin and rebel, and until the day of the judgement, I am so stuck with these humans". Not only did He choose to be faithful first, He loved first while we were still His enemies.

Anyways, enough jargons (mr. death has to turn jokes into some theological debate...)

I'm very very happy.

Did I tell you that I am happy?

Tee hee... I've been giggling like a girl for last weeks or so.

Oh yeah, Volt. um... thanks for the baby bash. Did I tell you I met Morpheous while hiking?
