I'll let our friendly neighborhood owner Draw2much explain this one; I'd get the facts mixed up if I were to try myself. ^_^; In a nutshell, though, currently existing members will have to rejoin once the new boards are up; but in the meantime, this is your chance to save any threads that you want to carry over! Check the link for more details. ^_^

We’re switching from our old buggy PhPbb version to a full-out PhPNuke (Based on PostNuke). The new board itself will run off of a new version of PhPbb with the PhPNuke back-end and is much more stable (you won’t keep getting logged out). It’ll also be easier for our mods to edit different parts of the site, so it should become more interactive.
I really applaud Nicole for allowing us to try something so radically different with the site, we’ve been working hard to get it ready and it’ll be well worth it. I think we should have it ready by the end of the month.

Never let it be said that I don't keep my promises (even if they're a little delayed). The new layout is finished and ready -- go take a look! ^___^

*sigh* Where do you get the time to do all this stuff? I need some more help with FFC.

1. I had an issue with the old AA boards because I could not find where to change my password..its the same on the new boards...its lame that I can't choose my own password.
2. The system never sent me an email with my password...I hit "lost password" hoping it would send it again..nope. Nothing. So if someone can ok my account on there, I would be happy to post a bit.

You're not the first person to have registration problems, SH. I had a complaint last night from someone else who had trouble rejoining -- to make a long story short, I ended up having to delete the only partially-set-up account and having her try registering again from scratch, which seemed to work fine. (It was all I could think of to do at the time.) I'll PM you here once I get it figured out -- I may or may not have to do the same with your account, but I'll know once I look at it.
If anyone else here has trouble joining or rejoining Anime Angels, either PM me here or e-mail me at modern_hymnwriter@hotmail.com and I'll try to get you all set up. I do apologize to those of you who have been having trouble; I may bring this up with Keely and D2M if it becomes a big problem, though I suspect they may just still be trying to work the bugs out. ^_~
