If/when you diet, how do you do it?

DDR sounds good.

I think I should try a little. Not because I'm self-concious or anything, but I don't want to wind too unhealthy from it.

How I stay skinny? First you must realize different people have different body types and accept what you have, but you must also realize there is a point when there is to much.

Alright after I have said that any high calory burning sport will work pretty good. But you must couple that with not overeating. Everytime you eat and your not hungry is the worst. Eating that bag of skittles when you are not hungry, eating the whole thing of ice cream, eating the entire burger when you clearly got full 3/4 of the way through. If you stop doing all that you will slowly loose the excess weight and keep it off. Now that is harder then it seems because it becomes pre programmed in the psych to go to the foods during stressfull or worrisome times. Almost like a addiction really....

Anyways couple the not eating when your not hungry with a calorie burning excersise would be the best for you.
