eating habits

I used to have 2 meals a day and I was surprised that I didn't put on extra weight when I added breakfast.

I could have sworn that having one huge meal a day isn't really healthy. I'm not sure why but that's what I've heard and since I enjoy eating, I'm sticking to my 3 meal a day plan. ^^
