Wolfwood in Presidential Race

Postby Haibane Shadsie » Sat Jul 03, 2004 3:30 pm

I'm serious! Check out the "Kerry's War on Terror" ad at the Bush/Cheney official campaign site. This is a commerical running on CNN. There is an altered screenshot of Nicholas D. Wolfwood in the ad. The part of the ad has to do with some thing that Kerry drafted against the Japanese Yakuza. It's clearly Wolfwood.

I saw it... and about laughed myself sick!

Nick-chan: Hey! That's me! Who stuck Yami's eyes on my picture!? *starts unwrapping Cross Punisher* When I find them....

That's great Haibane. Hilarious. Did you just stumble upon that?

Just as a note (since it's been friendly thus far), keep this light (and don't stray into discussing politics).

Oh, no. This post isn't about disscussing politics. It's just funny! If anything political is to be disscussed here, it's just how FUNNY politics can get sometimes... when... stuff like this happens! XD. Political ads - a funny, funny world...

Actually, MillyFan showed it to me. I was like "Is this for real?" She saw it on CNN and went to Bush's site. The site above is George W. Bush's official webpage, so... this is a real ad.

Now, I must watch more CNN so I can catch it on TV!

*Now to wait for InuYasha to show up in a Kerry-support ad*

XD...I saw that yesterday at another place, and thought that was funny. I still don't think that's real, though....doesn't look professionaly (can't spell today, gah!) done.

*still wants to know why they chose Wolfwood, of all people*

The terrifying moldy bread incident! In elementary school, Yomi's leftover bread started rotting inside her desk! you can't imagine what happened! Not only that, but the mold had a will of its own, it was terrible! Barricading ourselves in the science prep room, we used spirit lamps and engaged in combat! Then I realized it!! If we only had the bottle of mildew remover from the bathroom, we could destroy them!!

I had a fair amount of difficulty finding the ad in question... could someone provide a more direct link? The knowledge of the presence of Wolfwood is amusing, but not as amusing as seeing this in preson.

EDIT: I spoke too soon.

lol, that's funny, especially when that cymbal thing goes off in the background.

Oh, and UC, if you (or anyone else) never found the video, I think this link should go directly to it.

I had actually found it, but thank you anyway.

Basically I have no comments. The Wolfwood picture looks skewed to me. Does the sound matter greatly? The terminal I watched it on had no speakers...
