hmm...dunno what people mean when they say "exotic" so i'll just assume it means food that other people generally might not get to eat. hehehe, so what is it that i eat...:

snails, unborn duck fetus (balut), solidified pig fat (chicharon), pig/cows entrails and innards, coagulated blood, pig skin in peanut sauce (kare-kare), fish head and lips, grass jelly, octopi, sea cucumbers, pig knuckles, frog legs, turtle soup, wood's ear, bird's nest, cow tendons, chicken feet, pig heart, fish balls, bamboo shoots, sea urchin, black duck, pigeons, ox's tail and tongue, etc.

i think the weirdest thing i ever ate was the spinal cord of a cow. a pity that the place where we used to eat it in hong kong closed down.

Even worse than the jalapeno would be the jabenero. They have a delayed effect which could be bad for the person who takes a few more bites thinking nothing of it until the fire strikes. I've seen it happen before. This guy ate half of one and didn't find it spicy at all; a few seconds later he was finding anything-- water, food, anything-- to dilude the burning sensation.

Has anyone had a Banana's Foster? Really good stuff.

I've had some Mexican food.
