Okay, so I was playing Soul Cali on Dreamcast last night. I was fighting as Maxi and had made it to Inferno. Inferno had taken the form of Kilik (the guy with the staff) for the second battle. So, Inferno opens up the battle with Kilik's big extravagant attack where he spins the staff, jumps up real high, pausing about halfway across the ring, and descends, still spinning the staff, on the other side. Now, I'm sure that's a devastating move if you get caught up in it, but I was nowhere near it. As soon as he touched down, I ran right at him and hit him with a baseball-slide, knocking him RIGHT OUT OF THE RING! That's right. One. Simple. Hit. The whole thing lasted less than ten seconds. Funniest battle ever. I couldn't stop laughing.

...I don't think that'll ever happen to me again, though. Not in a million years.

O.o hm sounds like something i did once with Taki and I was fighting someone else. Thats just plain weird

You think that's funny...try beating the whole game with nothing but ring-outs .

It's not that hard on the Dreamcast version. All you have to do is set the time down to 25 seconds, and set health to invincible (or whatever it is...in any case, there is the option to make it so characters take no damage). Then the only way to win is by ring-outs. I've done it on a number of occasions, and it is quite fun .

On the X-Box version, me & my friends play ice-arena matches alot, there so funny. pick the elemental arena (once its unlocked) set the health to infinite, so ring outs are the only way to win, & kick butt. its hilarious, you slide about sooo much, greaat fun.
