Does anyone own this game?? Or have you at least played or heard of it? I have it, and it's really good. I don't know many others online who have, but please tell me what you think of it!

You need a GBA per player for multiplayer.
That's already a strike against it for me.

It's kool once you get yourself ground into it. I admit, it took me a little while to get used to it. About a week. It's because this game is EXTREMELY different from any other FF game. It's kiddish, but not bad.

It is ok but you have to have patience. It takes a long time to get powered up to be able to survive the last stage. I am still not finished yet.

Yeah, I guess you do have to have patience to make it to the end, but it's really fun. At least it was for me. And yes, multiplayer is so much better. I would play it that way if there were only enough people around who had all three of the required things. -.-*

Hmm, I've never played this game but it looks really cool. Even if it is kiddish I would still play it just cause it's fun.

I agree; multiplayer game play is so much fun. Sure wish I had three other video gamers as friends.

persoanly, I prefer the traditional FF style of game play. The turn based stuff.

I've played many RPGs that are turn-based but I prefer live action; I think real-time play is more exciting. Whoever heard of taking turns fighting anyway?!
Player1: Okay dude, I'm using a potion so you go.
Player2: Fire Blast! *attacks bad guy* Poison Breath! *attacks bad guy again*
Baddie: Not fair! He went twice! I didn't get to go yet!
Player2: The heros can get two turns if they want...
Player1: Player 2 be fair.
Player2: You're on his side or mine!?
Baddie&Player1 (simultaneously): You have to go --
Player1: Oh I'm sorry--
Baddie: No, no, I'm sorry. I cut you off--
Player1: You go first, I interrupted you--
Baddie: No, I already had my turn, you go--
Player2: Can we get back to the game here?!?

That was funny!! Yeah, I really like both, so....yeah. But real time fighting makes much more sense, I agree. Turn-based is still fun, though. I liked the way they did the command list thing. But, I think a good idea that they should have done was that, on single player, you could have had computer players that were your comrades in your caravan. You could like switch to whatever member you wanted before each place you went. If they could make bad guys that could know where you are and follow you around and decide when to use long-distance or close-range attacks, I'm sure they could make comp players who help you. (Sorry, that was a run-on!
)

Yeah for FF games I prefer that, but the thing is, if they had done a little more work, they could have made a good Mana game out of this engine.

Thank you
I try to let my silly side out every now and then. :p
I've played the Legend of Mana on PS before and I really like how the party consisted of you, a computer player, and a little pet monster to help out. I especially liked the monster-raising feature; your pets could even get stronger. It's always nice to have some extra help so you won't have to do all the work

Hmm...never played Legend of Mana, but I heard it was good. Ok, you guys are probably gonna die when you hear this, but I've....never owned any console made by Sony!!! AAAAGGGHHH!!! Ahem. I mean, almost everyone has, but I'm more of a Nintendo person. *shrugs*
