Well, I'm looking for a game like City of Heroes only not a 'internet only'
game.
Oh, and it has to be for computer, sorry.

Try checking out Freedom Force or its sequel; Freedom Force vs. the Third Reich.

Yes, yes it is~ Lengthy single-player mode, great gameplay, great story in the vein of classic silver age comics... An all-around great title.

Yes freedom force is great you should be able to find it for like 10 bucks at least thats how much i got my copy for.
