This looks like an interesting use of the new controller.
The basic premise that your Japanese fiancee's dad comes to dinner. It turns out that hes a big Yakuza boss and get himself shot. As his future son-in-law, he hands you some staff that gives you the right to lead his mob.
so with this in hand, you set of to resuce your fiancee (who was inconvieniently kidnapped in the shooting.
You use the Nunchuku to move and the Freehand to look and shoot. The biggest inovation however is the honor system. Youll be able to weild a sword and force you enemy to yeild instead of just killing them to raise you 'honour' and gain their repent or poosible even join your cause. There is also talk of certain enimies that you must defeat without killing them.
It all sounds rather spiffy and I am seriously looking forward to it. Unfortunatley I'm stuck using comouter at school and games content is blocked so if anyone can find a good link that would be most appriciative.

I'm interested in the "freezing" and "body lock" feature and sword fights. May have to get this one.

Yes. This is definately a game that I'll be getting with the Wii. My only problem with the sword fighting is that it shouldn't take five hits to defeat a foe. It should be one hit, so that trying to make them yield will be harder.
Anyway, this game looks good and I'm glad you can spare people.
I remember hearing that you have to bow to your masters and such using the remote, and you have to bow correctly and frequently or else you won't be respected by your master...
Hmmm....looks very cool.

The focus system sounds interesting. Although it could turn out to be another sad bullet time the freehand ability may just give it a fresh edge.

The focus system reminds me of Red Dead Revolver's special attack, only more awesomer. And the sword fighting? Yes. Although the remote seems like it'd be at the wrong angle for kenjutsu . . . fencing, yes [Someone could make a sweet fencing sim for the Wii], but I would think the handle should be perpendicular (roughly) to the ground for a katana. Maybe I'm out to lunch, but . . . that won't stop me from getting this game. It looks awesome. Yakuza + katana + gunfights + Japanese girlfriend = fun. ^_~

This is lookin to be one sweet wii game. that honour system sounds pretty funky, when i saw the original development stuff for the then named revolution, i was like it'd be soo cool if they had a game with some cool swordfighting and stuff.
i consider this bought already.

This game sounds sweet! But I have one thing that is keeping me from even thinking about geting it. It's that it'll probably be either too sensitive or under sensitive. I can just imagine me having to swing my arms wildly and no moving the gun enough or moving it just alittle bit and it going all the way across the screen. I guess I'm just a mouse and normal controler person who doesn't like change very much, lol.

i think with teh accuracy your supposed to be able to get with the controllers i think the sensetivity will be very user costomisable.

That would be nice otherwise you could spend the whole game either looking at the floor/ceiling or stuck in a world where your enimies have a permanent bullet time edge which would somewhat stink...
