My friend rented this game from Hollywood Video and the genre listed as a Stradegy RPG so I`m assumming it`s like Advanced Wars or something.
To me, it`s like Medal of Honor for Kids where you get to have people tag along with you in 3rd person.
Would you consider it an RPG?

No, it's not an RPG.
They were advertising it as part of the Advance Wars series, but it's real-time strategy instead of turn-based, and it's not made by Intelligent Systems.

That`s what i thought. As a matter of fact, a while ago, I saw a "Coming Soon" display box for PS2/GC`s "Advance Wars" with the same characters present in Batallion Wars.
