CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

So yesterday, I asked my friend who would win in a fight, either Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil, or Solid Snake from MGS. Thinking he was going to say "Solid Snake", I was suprised to see that he said it was a tough choice, as Leon Kennedy goes up against giant zombies and monsters and stuff.

So... put those two in an arena, who would win?

I mean, Solid Snake can beat up cyborg ninjas and guys with revolvers and weird psychic ninjas and evil twins and stuff. And Leon kills masses of zombies, smarter quasi-pseudo-spanish-zombies, big ogres, and that freaky guy at the end of the game.

I would say Solid Snake, simply for the fact that he took out not one, but five different versions of Metal Gear (MG, MG2:SS, MGS, MGS:GB, MGS2) which would have had most of the villains from Resident Evil for lunch.

Now Ada Wong vs Solid Snake? THAT would be a good fight...

Like Leon, I'm pretty sure SS could kill those zombies with ease.. maybe even better than Leon.

I won't go into detail (Trust me, I'd rant for a while if I did) but just compare running around shooting zombies, to infiltrating highly guarded facilities crawling with super-humans like Vulcan Raven and Psycho Mantis.

Who voted for Leon?:lol: Leon would be too worried about getting a wedgie in his tight pants and his purdy bangs. Snake is the OG of action videogame heroes though. Sam Fisher would be the only other person to give him trouble and only in a real world scenario.

Snake would own Leon 7 ways from Sunday. And I like Leon, don't get me wrong. But what does Leon have? The gangster suit? Snake has the stealth, the unlimited ammo...and a mullet. Face it. Its over. And Sam Fisher? Pwah. When he wakes up each morning...his daily mantra he chants to his mirror is.

"I really am Solid Snake, I really am Solid Snake" Then he opens his eyes...and is brought back to the cruel reality. There can be only one. Or 2....or 3. But Solidus and Liquid are dead...kinda.

Leon... is a glorified Police officer. Snake is a genetically engeneered super soldier, capeable of destroying huge mechs and never being seen.

I vote Snake.

Ha! Quick thinking by Shia there. 3d owns 2d. The only thing that can beat Snake...is probably lung cancer. But he sure loves his cigs...

Of course, being a super soldier and all that, he's probably more resistant to such things than your average Joe (or Sam or Leon). I think it would be funny in MGS4 if oldSnake was discovered to have the patch on underneath his sneaking suit.

Point is, Snake pwns just about anyone. Solid Snake vs. Batman . . . now THAT would be a fight.

Don't know Leon but I reckon Solid Snake would beat him based soley on his resourcefulness. Ofcourse Garrett (of Thief game fame) owns all!

Snake is on a totally different level compared to Leon when it comes to physical resilience. Leon just isn't in Snake's weight class to make it.

Even when you do play RE4, Snake will still be cooler than Leon.
