Anyone here played dragon Quest VIII? Meh, I`m stuck on Khalamari.
Anyways, there is an DQ8 prequel coming out about that Austrailian bugger we all know as Yangus.
He`s a little kid though.

Assuming they bring it over (and they really have no reason not to), I'll definitely get it. Since there isn't much info about it yet other than the storyline, I can't make judgements yet.

Looking at the screenshots, I dunno now. This looks like the Dragon Quest Monster games, just using Yangus from 8 as the main character. I never did like the Monster series, so now I'm not so sure.

What do I think? I think S-E is overdoing it with all of the spin-offs...
Eh, Khalamari isn't particularly hard if you level a bit. Then, have Hero concentrate on healing and Yangus concentrate on attacking.
If you haven't already, buy the Stone Axe for Yangus to up his damage...
