Well you should say your genres.
If its rpgs then legend of heroes, kingdom of heaven, and popoloicros (has a weird styling but i heard its good)
shooters
infected or socom
racing
burnout or possibly wipeout
puzzles
lumines
platformers
I heard death jr is good but that is my extent of knowledge on the game (people saying they liked it or not)

Lumines is a game every PSP owner should have hands down. It really should be called Lumicrack. Wipeout Pure and Burnout Legends are the two best racers on the handheld. SOCOM and Infected are the best shooters so far. Legend of Heroes and Kingdom of Paradise are the best RPG's. Heroe's is very traditional and KoP is less traditional and more actioney. X-Men Legends II is a very good action/RPG from what I hear. The best platformer I'd say is Tokobot, haven't played it but I've heard it's excellent minus it's length and some other technical things. Strategy wise I'd recommend Metal Gear Acid, it's wierd and it takes some getting used to but it's really rewarding.
And of course we have many PSP to look forward too such as
Metal Gear Acid 2
Me and My Katamari
Monster Hunter Freedom
Guilty Gear Judgement
Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX
Gran Turismo 4 Mobile (whenver it actually comes out)
Ys: The Ark of Napishtim
Splinter Cell
Brothers in Arms
Mega Man Powered Up
Field Commander
Daxter
OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast
Black and White Creatures

Whoa...a Mega Man title? *runs off to look into this*
EDIT: Oh yeah...that. XD Well, if you don't own Mega Man Anniversary Collection, that would probably be a decent game to pick up.
