Three ddr questions

First Can someone link a good pad to pc connector? Especially one that allows you to hit two buttons at once?
Secondly do those adaptors allow multiple pads or do you have to buy multiple adaptors?
Thirdly is it possible to hook a xbox pad to a 360 (I dont know much about the 360 but I was wondering this)?
Thanks.

Guess DDR fans are gonna have to return to the PS2... Or the PS3 when it comes out, which will feature PS controller ports...
Is there an official DDR for the computer?

as for questions 1 and 2, you can buy a usb adaptor that allows ps2 controllers to be used on you computer, and this includes dancepads. i dont think an official version of ddr has been released for the pc, but i use stepmania. i like it because it allows you to use your own songs and make your own dances from it.
i got my adaptor on ebay for about 5 bucks, and it allows for 2 players at once. hope that helped!

Ok can you tell me what adaptor it is? Because I know of several adaptors that wont allow you to hit more then one button at once (so none of the ones were you use both feet)

The original DDr is for what?
Are there any cheap PS1 versions?

The PS1 versions are pretty rare now, I think, and will run like 20-40 a pop.

To the first question, they have some at lik-sang.com and play-asia.com
I own one (not bought from there, a cheap brand) and to let ya know, it pretty much sucks

i'd say get them on *censored*, but I wanna get mine first... Then I'll tell you the site, hehe... No, but seriously, check half and ebay... Half is your best bet, but Ebay sometimes has surprising deals... There are three DDR games on PS1:
Original
Konamix
Disney Mix
Disney Mix is really rare, so you won't find it for less than 50 bucks, most likely, unless you're really lucky...
Original has a lot of classic songs, so that's the one I'd go for... I don't know much about Konamix. Neither one of them have a lot of familiar songs for non DDR fans...
Oh, and the original was in the arcade (not that you didn't know that allready), but the first console version was PS1

desporato, i dont remember what one i bought specifically, but i do know to switch from normal mode to dance mode (enabling multiple buttons) you have to hold start+select+up for 3 seconds. maybe yours is the same way?
as for ps1 ddrs, i got the original ddr at gamestop for 20 dollars recently, but i've gotta say it's not that great. the ps2 versions have more songs, and include most of the ones from that mix. you can pick up the older ps2 ones pretty cheap used, especially considering extreme 2 just came out a bit ago.
i gotta also add avoid the mario mix. it's wayyyy too easy. like, pathetically so.

I heard that from some people about that game, but what do you expect?
