Intriguing storyline, slow-mo bullet time action (Very pretty), and theres a girl who looks like the girl from the Ring.

Oh and you shoot stuff.

its about a special elite government team named fear
first encounter assault recon... they are a team that battles paranormal activities...in the begining of the game you are going to stop this renegade experiment of clone armys and psychic generals...

I saw some of it, and the girl freaks me out! O.O I saw her in the back of the game and I already got the chills. The Ring freaked me out man, and this game will be no different!

Except that she devours peoples souls

I've been playing it for the last few weeks - its a great game! Excellent even and challenging. However it is rated 18 and has swearing and violence and some really scary, horrifying images in it.

Exactly the reason.

I remeber seeing a preview were they said the girl likes to appear behind you or the shadows randomly and attack you. Saw one were there was nothing behind you then you turn around there she is and she is running like a animal at you! Very freaky looking.

Several of my freinds have it and they say it is one of the freakiest games in a very long time.

Freakish maybe, but it looks so darn cool! Well, I mean, all I've really seen so far was the commercials on G4, but still. Just dang, man. If I had a good enough compy to run it, I might get it.

Oh, and there's one thing in particualr I noticed. There was some seen where this guy was like, disentegrating in midair. O_o

that is the pyschic general that dissapears...

Ah, interesting. As I said, if I ha a good enough PC I might nab this one.

Another game that messes with your head is Condemed (Made by the same develepers as F.E.A.R)

I've read reviews and seen footage of FEAR in action. Looks like a great game with top-notch shooter action...if you're willing to deal with some scares along the way. Horror themed games are not really my thing, but the story is intriguing.

I have only played the demo of this game, but I loved it. My friend bought the full version and said it might be even better than Half Life 2.
