So this thing is just getting bigger and bigger. Jack Thompson is attacking the entire industry and he can't even hold a debate over the internet without resorting to name calling.

while i don't agree with Jack Thompson's fanatacism, video games can affect people. just like music can.

Several things:

1) The portion of text I snipped is not appropriate content for this site.

2) We're not in the business of sending attack dogs on people, whether obviously misguided or no, and whether well-intentioned or no. (We said this about Focus on the Family, and it applies to other critics as well.)

Since the crux of this thread revolves around #2, I don't see any reason to leave this open.
