You guys probably haven't heard of this game - I found it several weeks ago in Wal Mart's $10 computer game section. If you are an Adventure or Horror fan, it's quite good. The plot is that your brother is an architect redeveloping an old train station and hotel in a now abandoned area. You recieve a cryptic call from him one day on your answering machine, he's quite frantic and wants you to meet him at the train station immediately. He babbles on that something is very wrong... "It's here. It's right outside my door. It's whispering my name. It knows my name! I've got to open the door...."

Arriving at the abandoned hotel with no sign of your brother in sight, you must figure out what happened. Is your brother's dissapearance connected with the mysterious dissapearance of the the entire hotel staff and guest a few decades before? Is the hotel really haunted, or has something far more evil gotten lose? Something that must be stopped... and only you can do it.

The game plays similar to any other Adventure PC game, so veterans will feel right at home. The puzzles are quite hard, and it will take quite a few braincells to make it to the end. And it's creepy as heck. I do recommend giving it a whirl as it's one of the better Adventure games on the market. This game is best played in the dark. Just try not to crap your pants.

I'm gonna try to track down it's sequel this weekend. Anybody else besides me played this one? Comments? Flames?

I'm currently working on Lights Out: Darkfall 2. It's one of the few sequels that manages to be better than the original, and, like a good mystery story, manages to hold you over till the end. These games are really great, you guys. I recommend giving them a shot. For $10 each, you can't go wrong.
