Megaman Legends

I borrowed a Megaman game caled Megaman Legends which appeared to be the first 3-D Megaman adventure ever! So I tried it out and I really liked everything, but the graphics. Also, to my surprize, it was part RPG! I love RPGs and this was a great Adventure/ RPG combo.

The storyline is simple. You`re a new form of Megaman and you are part of an organazation called "The Diggers." You look for this crystal things and then you crashland on an island caled Kattlelox Island. You then are encountered by mischevious pirates who plan on stealing the crystal located in the Main Gate, which is a gigantic tower in the middle of Kattlelox. You have to stop them.

*SPOLIER WARNING* Ok, I haven`t beaten the game yet, I`m on the last boss. From what i`ve seen the pirates become your friends and all that jazz. Then you have to take on a robot called Megaman Juno to the save Kattlelox.

Ok the main reason I started this thread is I`m on the last boss and i find him almost impossible. I read a stradegy thing on the internet that said you`re Ultimate weapon the Shining Laser can beat it in 4 to 8 mere seconds. Now, I have 2 out of 3 peices t`ill I`ve completed the weapon.
I have the X Buster, The Weapon Planner, and I heard you get the 3rd one by returing all the paintings to the museum. Where in the name of Willy Wonka is THE MUSEUM!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, help me here. :?: :?: :hits_self

AWESOME game. I've got it 100% beat, but unfortunately that was a while ago, so I can't remember exactly how I beat Megaman Juno...or how I did much else, really. But it's a good game. o_o; I can vouch for that.

Yeah, pretty good game. MegaMan 2 still rules Rockman games, though.

::Goes back to Devil May Cry 3::

Great.......I went to the store and had a choice between grandia and MML2. I kinda picked Grandia because............it`s way better.

Volt: Yes, you do visit ONE city but I guess you could say it`s actually 4 villages put in one. Mainly the whole game takes place on Kattlox island.

someone please just tell me where the museum is....

It's in the area where the TV station and hospital are. But you won't be able to enter it. There's a painter on a hill in this area. If you have the lipstick item, talk to her. She'll open up the museum.

You'll still have to upgrade your laser before it becomes capable of defeating Juno easily(not too mention get all the museum artifacts).

I love the Mega Man Legends games. They're very underrated, in my opinion. You really should get your hands on MML2 as soon as you beat 1. The graphics are improved (the characters don't look near as pixilated) and the story is better(I still thought 1 was good, though). Of course, in 2, Mega Man's VA is the woman who did Sailor Jupiter's dub voice. He sounds way too feminine.

For those interested, the man behind the Legends series says he wants to do MML3. With Capcom's pentiant for sequels, it should only be a matter of time.

Thanks, Raven. I`ll go do that. You`ve been a HUGE help to me as far as gaming goes. Can you tell me where the items in the musuem can be found?

The items in the museum are found by exploring dungeons. A large majority of them are in cracks in the walls, and a few are in treasure chests. You just have to keep searching everywhere to find them all.

I had a game that I GUESS you could call a 100% file. I had all the weapons and items, but I didn't upgrade all the weapons to maximum. I just fail to see the point to collecting insane amounts of zenny to upgrade weapons I don't use that much (like the Grand Grenade). My favorite weapon was of course the Z-Saber.

Legends 2 is good, but I have problems with Megaman sounding like Sailor Jupiter. Further, I am REALLY irritated with the license test for A-level (I think it is). I can't do it, which means I can't get in some of the dungeons and it's making me furious. Other than that flaw, Legends 2 is pretty good I guess.

I just wish the quiz on that one island actually had something to do with the GAME, y'know? I mean, how many kids would've known the answers to even a quarter of those questions?

Heh, well, I can't quite remember where all the artifacts are. There's an item list faq over at http://www.gamefaqs.com (an excellent place to go whenever you have trouble on any game). It has all the artifacts as well as any other item you may be missing. It can be found here: http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/game/197896.html (it's the one done by virgilkx)

Here you go:

Antique Bell - Bring this to the curator, who will display it as a
"Kattelox Bell". Found in the Clozer Forest ruins' Sub Gate; Check the
area where you find an ID Card, inside one of the holes of a pillar will
be the Antique Bell.

Old Bone -- Bring this to the Curator, who will put it on display as an
"Ancient Digging Tool". Find this in the Cardon Ruins. After you've
found the Spring Set on the ledge, look in the hole on the wall of the
same ledge. Inside, is the Old Bone.

Old Doll -- Bring this to the Curator, who will put it on display as a
"Human Doll". Find this in a hole, right before the chest with the
Grenade Kit in it. Inside the hole, is the Old Doll.

Old Shield -- Bring this to the Curator, who will put this on display as
an "Antique Shield." You'll need the Jump Springs to reach this. Go
through the ruins near the Cardon Gate, and go through the door ahead of
you on the left. Search in a hole in the next area, and you should find
the Old Shield.

Shiny Object -- Bring this to the Curator, who will put it on display as
a "Crystal Fossil". Find this in the labyrinths. (Exact location
unknown at this time.)

Giant Horn -- Bring this to the Curator, who will put this on display as
a "Giant Horn". Find this by racing in the KTOX game, in the Technical
Course. Win on the A ranking, and you'll receive this as your prize.

Prism Crystal -- After you've collected all of the artifacts, and have
given them to the Curator, a girl will appear on the 2nd floor of the
museum. Talk to her, and take the Prism Crystal she offers. -- Used for
the Shining Laser special weapon.

All this was taken from VirgilKX's item list fact, so that's where the credit goes.

There are no cheats. It's tough, but you should be able to beat it on your own, with practice.

Of course, you could try to beat Juno again without the Shinning Laser. Upgrade your normal weapon enough, and you should be able to take him. I reccomend the Power Stream, Auto Battery, and Sniper Scope buster parts.
