Finally... good voice acting, anime cut scenes, beatiful side-scrolling graphics, fun game play... I can safely say, the X series has returned to its former glory.

Welcome, Mega Man X 8
Anyway...
Does it have better graphics than the network battle transmission game for GCN?

How are the bosses? Are the bosses still lame? Do you fight Toxic Milk Carton or Industructable Apple Pie Man?
That's what has annoyed me as of late. It stopped being good at X4 imo...

I'll have to admit the boss names are... yeah lame, but the game play... wow.. it totally makes up for it.

Bad boss names?
Goto Megaman 1 for the best
Cutman
Iceman
Fireman
Elecman
It's nice to see they're trying now with the names they have. Although things like Duff McWhalen are a little iffy...

Those names were original! It was original in a pure simple way.
You didnt have to care much about the names, cause they were only stupid robots.
You'd have them killed in 5 minutes and wouldnt remember about them, until you have to beat them again oin wily's fortress..

Yeah...
WHY?! What possessed them to name the bosses in Mega Man X5 after Guns N' Roses members?! The weird part is in the instruction book, they have the REAL names of the Mavericks (for example, Duff McWhalen is actually Tidal Makoeen).
*Shakes heads* Morons. All of 'em.
I might buy X8, but I'm probably going to wait until the price drops a bit. X7 kinda soured me to the series, and the demo on Command Mission didn't do much to impress me either.

Keam, trust me X8>>>>>>>>>> X7
Everything they did wrong in X7 they fixed in X8, and I mean EVERYTHING.

let's hope so... because there was a LOT to fix from X7's travesty... I like to pretend that it never existed, even if it's the last game with X's original design...
