Well Zilch, you beat me to a new Halo 2 thread.
Anywaylyness, yup, only 8 days.... finally. So Zilch and all you other Halo fan out there, what ya'll doing to celebrate? Which version you getting’? Who’s going to play on Live? What are you looking forward to the most? What's coolest looking weapon so far? What do you want to see in Halo 3?
As for me....
To Celebrate, I'm replaying slowly Halo (for the 50th, time? I can't remember.) until two comes.
My schedule....
Nov. 1st: The Pillar of Autumn, Halo
Nov. 2nd: The Truth and Reconciliation
Nov. 3rd: The Silent Cartographer
Nov. 4th: Assault on the Control Room
Nov. 5th: 343 Guilty Spark
Nov. 6th: The Library
Nov. 7th: Two Betrayals
Nov. 8th: Keyes, The Maw
Nov. 9th: Halo 2!
Nov. 12-13th: I'm inviting my friend (mastersquirrel here) over to play co-op all the way through Halo 2.
I've reserved the special edition, yet sadly I'm not going to go LIVE, yet. Too many other games coming out and soooo little time to play them. Not to mention, I'm broke. As for what I'm looking forward to the most.... the whole single player campaign package. The story, the music, the kickin' of Alien butt on Earth, the Hi-jacking, and the all.
From what I've seen in all the trailers for Halo 2, I like the Battle Rifle the best.... mostly because it's a replacement for that weak machine gun. And Halo 3, I want to see more aircraft.... so far, the only playable aircraft I know about is the Banshee.

Well, Nov. 12-13 will be spent at my friend's house, fragging them to death. Seems the less practice I have, the better I do...
