Since this is a controversial issue I was a bit hesitant to post it but, what do you guys think about Dungeons and Dragons morally? I occassionaly play with a group of about 11 people some adults some teens. An entirely family, mother, father, brother, and sister play it and all of them are strong christians in exception to the sister. I dont personally think its wrong but I would like to hear other opinions on the matter. Anyone?

Actually there's already a thread like this (I don't know where though).

Everyone has their own opinions on this. I personally play D&D and I enjoy it greatly. The majority of people on this site, though they may not play it, don't seem to find anything wrong with it.

Remember what the Bible says. "Everything is permissible, but not everything is beneficial." If playing D&D is causing you to shut out a relationship with God, or otherwise causing you to stumble, I would say don't play it. Of course, I would say that about ANYTHING, not just D&D.

Personally, I don't see what is wrong with playing D&D as long as you don't take it overly seriously.
There is the verse "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers" that some could apply to this game as being bad, but if you're playing with other Christians I don't see what the problem is.

I agree whole-heartedly with you.
