Not quite sure what you're asking here...the ministry...as in faith in Christ to the online players?

Hmm... well... I don't have Final Fantasy XI, so, I'm going to bombard you with questions:
Are there are like "rest/break" periods in the game?
How do you know that they aren't already Christians?
Have you exchanged AIM/MSN/Y! Messenger information?
How comfortable do you feel around each other?
Have all of you actually spoken to each other about things besides the game or tactics?
^^ Okay. I'll wait now.
Random Question: What is this thread doing here in the Gamers section? More people would respond if it was in another part of the forum, like Prayer Room, or something... Oh well.

Well, it's been my experience that clever gimmicks or 'the right words' are no where near as effective as just genuine care and love through friendship. Perhaps if you build a friendship you can know what they might be facing and offer prayer. Or share some wisdom if you feel it appropriate.
Talk about your own faith if the conversation comes up and share what God has done for you. Just be honest. Be Jesus, show Him.
