I just pre-ordered this game today, it looks pretty fun, I can't wait to play it ^_^ what do you all think of it?

Seems like an entertaining game, but truthfully, not a game I'd buy. I might force a friend to buy it and then borrow it, seeing how the bongos will prevent me from finding it at a rental place.
So, I think, I'll stick with DDR.

That game looks really fun. That's the closest to DDR I can get for the GCN.
Some of the songs on it are ones from the 1980s. Nice.
When I get a second bongo controller, I can play against a sibling, too, so that adds some more challenge to it. It'll also be a nice break from SSB:M and MK:DD as far as multiplayer games go in my house.
I'm very much looking forward to this one.

At this point I am curious enough to use a post to ask: what exactly is this game? Initially my impression was merely Donkey Kong with a typo, but your references to DDR would make that quite unlikely (and humorous). Would someone care to explain in greater detail?

They always are.
Thank you for the link, Vyse. Not my type of thing, but at least now I am better informed.
