I've heard of it before but I never seen anything about it; no screenshots, reviews, or nothing. What's it about? Is it like Catz and Dogz?

No, not anymore.
In Petz4, due to many fans, you can now have basically any animal/dog in existence. Now your Petz can have babies (and you can even breed different species of animals, like giraffes and elephants.
). It's super-cool.
