Oblivion Mods? LOD Replacement Mod Help!

I just recently downloaded the LOD Replacement Pack for Oblivion and extracted it to my Oblivion/Data folder but it didn't do anything in-game...

Is there something else I have to do?

if there was an .esp file you need to activate it within the launcher's Data Files option, otherwise if it was simply new .dds or image files they override the default ones in the main data file automatically.
