BioShock for PC, a "spiritual successor" to the System Shock series by Irrational Games; I'm really hoping this one turns out well because Shock2 is probably my second favorite game. Set in a genetics lab (unkown timeframe), i think you can guess what happens

S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl for PC, unfortunately is delayed from May until "when it's done." Set in 2010, strange "anomalies" prompt a team to enter the area around the infamous Ukranian nuclear plant.

Actually Condemmed has no zombies at all. It is acutally a game where anything is either possible or it is theoretically possible. Anyways the things are not mutants or zombies but humans who have gone through soo much physical and mental anguish that there bodies are deteriorating or that they went through fires and stuff like that. Like there is an area where you go through a burned library and the people there wrap themselves in whatever they can to cover their charred flesh. There is a department store where they glue manaquin parts to them to hide. It is not a generic zombie game and I suggest you look into the game before you give it a title, bro.

BTW, all the info I got was from Game Informer.
Moo, I tell ye! MOO!
