2D Fighting Games

I love 2D fighting games. my favorites are street fighter,x-men vs street fighter,marvel superheroes vs street fighter,snk vs capcom,darkstalkers,naruto ultimate ninja heroes,marvel vs capcom 1 and 2 and that's all I can think of. my favorite characters are:

1.Sakura Kasugano:because she has special moves like Ryu(well,most of them )

2.Sakura Haruno:for her moves,Maiden's Attacks, The Great Sakura and This fairy tale is for real

3.Cammy White:for her Canon Drill and Canon Strike

4.Mai Shiranui:for her special moves(can't think of the names since played the for so long

5.Nakoruru:for her special moves

6.Yuri Sakazaki:special moves

7.Athena Asamiya:I like her psycho moves,like psycho ball,s psycho sword and teleportations

8.Gambit:his cajun slash,royal flush and some other move I can't think of

9.Baby Bonny Hood:because she's little red ridding hood with weapons

10.Rogue:because she can steal someone's special moves:thumb:

11.Morrigan Aensland:well,her move also


Those are the only reason why I like these characters, mainly because of there moves.

Oh,and I like Rock Lee for his leaf hurricane and leaf whirlwind.Hinata Hyuga for Barrage of Gentle Fists

I bought Capcom Fighting Evolution today. I'm returning it.

It could be good, if I had friends who were into 2d fighters enough to get really good at it. Lacking those, there's no point in playing it for me. Instead, I'm getting King of Fighters XI for a few less dollars.

Although I will say, that for the brief time I played, I though Hauser was pretty cool.

Can't believe I missed such an excellent thread all this time!

My favourites are Street Fighter Alpha / Zero 2 and 3, and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike.

I usually play Ryu, since I can do his moves, and since I don't really like the idea of holding back on the joystick to charge moves (like with Guile, Charlie, and Chun Li and other similar characters).

For a challenge, I like to play SF:A2 and use Dan on Survival Mode.

The reason I don't like to use Ken as much is he feels slightly flimsy to me. Ryu hits a little slower, but a little harder.
