Ridiculous neck pain

What did you do? To ease the pain, heat up a washcloth in the microwave for 15 seconds so it's nice and hot and put it on your neck where it hurts. Have you gone to the doctor?

I'm feeling much better now. It still hurts a bit but I'm doing a lot of massaging and heat treating and stuff like that. Thanks for praying.
