CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

So over this past spring and summer I have had just about the worst allergies I have ever gotten.
Start in April, which was normal, got some itchy eye, throat symptoms that went away completely within a few weeks, well, in late May I began getting swollen itchy bumps all over my scalp, didn't know what it was for awhile so my doctor took 3 blood samples and some X-Rays, only to find out it was another allergic reaction to pollen or some allergy, still unsure entirely of what it was, but it went away within a month.

Now! About two weeks ago I started getting the allergy symptoms again! And it's in the summer now, which is very unusual for me. And I had a bad cough and my throat hurt so bad I couldn't talk well, and that went away after a week.

And most recently, as of Sunday, I woke up with my left ear entirely blocked up, no pain really, just totally blocked up and can hear myself talking, eating, breathing inside my head. And it's veryvery annoying. I went to the doctor on Monday, because last Monday I went there because of my throat issue, and my ear was starting to get somewhat muffled. But she didn't find anything wrong. So I took Claritin-D, which is essentially an allergy medicine and decongestant in one.

And helped my throat and everything related to that, except for my plugged ear.

I have tried just about everything, warm cloth against my ear, ear drops, hydrogen peroxide and now I'm on Sudafed. But it's been very annoying not being able to hear correctly. I am on an antibiotic as well, because the doctor noticed my ear is infected as well.

So I guess just pray that my ear will open up soon and I won't have to spend anymore money seeing the doctor again or another specialist or something.



And lastly, my husband and I are not doing well financially at all, and we really need some more money to come, and I have been applying at jobs to help out our situation, but nothing has come up.

Just pray I would find a job that is right for me, and that God would continue to provide our needs. Thanks guys! I appreciate it.

Praying! Something that halped me this last year was local, organic honey. I dosed my tea with it for 2 weeks- since honey is made with pollen, and it was the pollen I was being exposed to, it was like immunizing myself, and I ended up symptom-free! Now, I do know that it's hard to find, not everyone can get it, and it might not work, but.... if you can find it, it might be worth a shot.

Thanks guys! I appreciate it! My ear actually popped yesterday and I hear much more clearly, it's not all the way open, but it's getting there. So keep them coming!
I set up an appt to see an ENT, [Ears, Nose, Throat] specialist, but I'd rather not if I can avoid it.

Also, I called about an ad in the paper working with the US Postal Service, and it looks pretty positive, I just have to study for an exam and if I do really well on it, I'm basically guaranteed a position! So thank you so much, I really appreciate the prayers. And please continue.

Ear pressure is never fun. I have hearing loss in both ears and they will every now and then get stuffed up, especially around allergy or cold season. I know seeing an ENT can be expensive, but in the end you might know what it was that caused the blockage in your ear.
