I'm lost

I hang around in Chrstian Chat rooms hoping to meet a nice chrsitain girl in my area.
Usually I just end up getting preached at I dont know why I'm miserable or what I'm doing wrong. I don't understand why people assume I'm not chrstian either. I Love Jesus.
I just know I feel alone and lost even with him.
I don't want to feel this way. I need a clear head so I can find me that christian girlfriend I've been looking for.
Pray for me that my head clears up and that I find what I'm looking for before I go even more nuts than I already am.

I will pray that God's will is done in your life in this area. God answers every prayer. Sometimes though, the answer is no, or wait. These answers are the hardest to accept. Believe me, I empathize with you on the relationships thing, I'm single and lonely myself, but that doesn't have to drive you nuts. Enjoy the single life that God has given you while you still have it, and seek Him first in all things. If you do that, you can be sure that everything will turn out alright.
Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.

I can relate as well. One thing I've learned, though, is that sometoimes you need to seek and solidify your relationship with the Lord before seeking and solidifying a relationship with a Christian woman (as Kevin addressed with Matthew 6:33). But the Lord's will works differently in everyone's life. Just know that you are not at all alone in your needs and concerns, and I will pray for you.

I would have to agree with Spiritsword, including the fact that the Lord' Will works differently in everyone's life.
I'll pray.

I will pray that God would give you his peace and love in this area, so that you won't feel so lonely/lost.
I also feel it necessary to point out that if you are only looking for a girlfriend to fill a void in your life, that is a rather selfish motive. Love is a two-way realationship, so perhaps you should think more about what you could do for the the person God sends you, rather than the other way around.

Of corse I do. I'm not looking for a girlfriend just for me. well sorta but you know what I mean.
there's more to my prayer request than I mentioned here but my biggest problems now are relationship troubles.

I've never used this quote tag before, so I hope it works.
I will be praying for you to grow closer to the Lord. The right woman will come along in God's time - which is the best time. I really appreciate Kevin's words and his use of scripture. He's so right.

As a gal meself, I can't say that I understand your feelings of wanting a girlfriend...
But I will definitely pray for you. I will pray that God will bring someone special into your life, someone that can help you grow in your faith and can be helped by you in her faith. But remember, unless you feel absolutely confident that you can life through the rest of your life, single, you are not ready for a relationship...am I making sense?
I don't want to sound preachy...it's just something that I've learned in a Bible study group. It's totally and completely 100% true. Unless you can live through your life when it's just God and you, having a relationship will probably not lessen your problems.
As for words of encouragement...
Don't let Satan get to you with his lies and deceit! Whenever he whispers in your ear, "See? People don't even think that you're Christian! How can you say that you love Jesus when people think that about you?"
You know what you need to do? Tell Satan to shut his mouth, because you've got the Rock, the Great Amen on your side!
I will pray for you, and I pray that the Holy Spirit inside you will just overflow and pour out SO much that the people around you will see the light in you, see Jesus in you, and they will all surround you and encourage you. And always trust God to guide you in every decision...He never fails!
Stay strong in your faith, brother! And don't you ever feel lost with Jesus, because He is the Truth, and the Truth will set you free!
In Christ's Love,
Lili
Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me. Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
