My Grandpa

Okay, some of you may have read my thread I posted back in May, about my grandfather and other extended family.
I'd just like to say, thank you all so much for your prayers. I've been visiting with my grandpa for the past few days, and I must say, he's sooo much better than he was back in February. He was discharged from the rehab centre on June 25th. I remember the videos my dad showed me of the time my grandpa was in the hospital. It was so sad, seeing him in those videos, hardly knowing who he was, or not being able to do much on his own. Now, seeing him walking around, eating food on his own...It's truly a blessing. He's still not back to the way he was before, but the things he says can be cute at times...like, when he was going to bed, he passed a hat that was hanging on a railing. He asked whose hat it was-it's my grandma's-and then put it on his head, starting to walk down the hall. My uncle was like, "Why are you wearing that? You don't wear hats to bed!" My grandpa replied with, "Yeah, I do." It's was cute ^^
He says things like that, and is a little out of it at times, but...gosh, I'm just so happy he's doing so well! Praise God!
