Basketball Teammate's Mother in Hospital

I got an e-mail last night from my basketball coach (also my dad) that a teammate's mom is in the hospital. My teammate's mom suffered from health problems before this, but now she is very sick with lung issues, mono, and pneumonia. She's been placed in the hospital, and they didn't know if she would live through the night last night.

From what I've heard, she is still alive, but in a bad condition. PLEASE PRAY FOR HEALING FOR HER. My teammate's dad is also disabled, and it's possible that my teammate and his siblings could end up in foster care if their mom does not make it. Please also pray that God will provide for my teammate's family, no matter what the outcome is with his mom, and that God will give them peace and comfort in this time.

Update: My teammate's mom passed away. I was at youth church camp this past week and found out Friday. I went to her funeral service Saturday night. My teammate seemed to be doing well. He and his siblings are going to live in Utah with their aunt.

If you could, please pray for my teammate and his family. As far as I know, my teammate is the only Christian among his siblings (I think his aunt might be a Christian, though I'm not sure). Please pray for their safety and well-being, and that my teammate is able to witness to his siblings about Christ.
