Ah Man, that's too bad. But don't lose hope and faith in God, because He brings good out of everything! Although you may be discouraged, try to be in God. You should remind your dad that you will get out of debt in due time by the Lord's timing.
Im praying for you.

I'm sorry to hear that manofchrist - but I'm also incredibly happy for you. Let me explain: I have a best friend who was a huge Christian influence on me throughout highschool. After he started dating, he made his girlfriend an idol and slowly sought a relationship with her more than God. Now his familys going through a bad situation and kinda sounds like yours. It hurts me (seriously) to know while hes going through this hes not leaning on God - just typing this is making me want to cry. Hes lost and confused, explains that to me and goes through the exact same struggles year round... Its so nice to always have God ready and there for you, always loving. You have that and he doesn't. No matter what happens we always have God - I hope through your time of struggle you lean on him all the more. You remember what Job did when he hit his all time low?
Suddenly a messenger came to Job saying, "All your oxen and donkeys are gone. All of the men that helped you are gone."
While the messenger was still speaking, a second messenger came and said, " A huge fire has killed all the sheep."
And still a third messenger arrived saying, "Some thieves came and stole all your camels."
And still a fourth messenger arrived saying, "All of your sons and daughter were eating together when suddenly there came a huge wind and the house fell on them."
Job was so sad.
In a single day, he had lost everything.
He lost his land,
He lost his livestock.
He lost his sons and daughters.
Job fell to his knees and began worshipping God saying, "..the LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away, blessed be the name of the LORD."
After all those bad things happened to Job, He still praised God.

that's tough... I'll be praying for your situation, and don't forget who's in control when the world spins. (my head's twisted the world's spinning, the world's spinning my head's twisted - song by.. .DC Talk I think)... anyways I can relate on having no idea what is going to happen in a situation and stressing because of it.
I'll be praying.
Sincerely,
Your Sister in Christ,
