My dad and mom

As some of you know, my dad was in the hospital last semester with cancer. I hadn't seen him in years --he's barely been around my whole life. I had been praying to find him again and was so overjoyed when I did. The last time I saw him was the day before he got out of the hospital.
Well, I hadn't heard anything in quite a while, so I finally got up the nerve to call my aunt (my dad's sister who I don't know very well) and she had some interesting news. Dad left her house a couple of months ago and is now back living in the woods (where he was before he went into the hospital). She said she would let me know if anything happened to him and would pass on my invitation to attend my graduation next month.

Please pray for my dad. I was so excited to have him back in my life and now I don't know where he is. I don't know if he is supposed to be having chemo or some other treatment. He says he is a believer and I think he is, but this still worries me. From what he told me when I visited him at the hospital, he prefers living outside and doing odd jobs here and there. It's just that he had major surgery last semester and I am concerned about him being out there.

Please also be in prayer for my mom. Things are difficult. She changed the house phone number and her cell number. I leave her a note every time I go by her house, but she won't respond. I sent her a graduation invitation.(For the background on this, see my post in the Testimonies thread called "My Story.")

It breaks my heart that my parents are both alive, but aren't around. I want them both to be in my life so badly. I love them both so much.

I am sorry to hear about all of this, Miss Sheenar. With your graduation approaching, I can understand your desire to have your parents there to share in your special day.
I am very proud that you have made it this far, for I have read your testimony. If your parents would only see what a wonderfully talented and intelligent young lady you have turned out to be, I am sure they could feel nothing but pride aswell. Don't worry, God always has a plan. I'll be praying.=^_^=

I'll be praying =[
You're very strong for requesting prayer for them. I'd be lying if I said I could ever have the strength you do.

I'm praying ^_^
