Future Roommate/Friend Problems

So, I'm going to a specific college next year - Mississippi College, which is a Christian University.
My roommate is a friend of mine already - I'm good friends with her boyfriend, and he's best friends with my boyfriend. Earlier this year, her mom kicked her out of her house. She's been living with her boyfriend's mom (his parents are divorced) since then. All this has been tough enough on her emotionally, but also financially. She works, but basically pays for everything except some meals and say, rent. It's hard on her.
Even harder when college comes up. Even though she's in such a state of need, and got a 10k-per-year scholarship (the same one I did for ACT score), it still leaves her about $8000 short for tuition each year. She could have had up to $15000, but none of our group was picked for this extra amount. And now it looks like she won't be getting much help from the government.
Now she's not sure if she can go to MC. I really would love to room with her, and she needs people who love her close to her. It would be rough on her to go somewhere else in every aspect except financially. She doesn't make friends quickly and she often worries.
Pray for her, please, and for God to provide her with what she needs and to give her guidance in deciding her path. Thanks!
