Please pray for me today. I'm getting ready to move and the stress from that and other things is about to kill me. I've been awake for the past two hours, and I really needed to sleep because we're having to move most everything in one day. I don't foresee getting back to sleep before my friend gets here at 9AM to help me pack. :\

The new apartment we're moving to is infested with roaches (which doesn't make any sense because it's been vacant) and if there's one thing I can't deal with, it's bugs in my house, especially nasty ones like roaches. Also I've already had that problem at my current place; I was hoping I wouldn't have to go through it again.

Also, I'm supposed to be getting a big refund check from Verizon in the mail, but there's one problem with that...they're sending it to my current address, and now I don't know if I'm going to be able to get it or not. We really need that money.

Speaking of money, Daymon hasn't been working since the end of September because he needed the extra time to get ready for boot camp. He leaves on November 17, but doesn't start getting paid until question mark, and our money is about to run out and I don't know if I'm going to be able to find a job before then or not. Until I can, I'm going to have to live on the credit card, which makes me really nervous because we've already had to do that and there's several hundred dollars on it as it is.

I'm really to the point where I just want to throw myself off a bridge.

I'll be praying, Shiroi. I pray that the cockroach problem will be eliminated immediately, and that you get some extra help for moving, and that your financial situation would become less shaky.

P.S. I hate bugs of any kind. ESPECIALLY cockroaches.

I know the financial thing...i didn't get paid a dime for 4 months straight (and i was working!) but God always provided some how. He will provide for you sis...I know its hard to trust that cuz we don't know how but he will

Do you know if they sent out the check yet? If not, you can always call them and ask them to change the addy to said new place you're moving to ^__^

If it is being sent out as we speak... Wouldn't the person who manages the apartment foruward it to your new address?

Well, we're mostly moved in now, though I haven't had the energy to really unpack anything. -_-

The apartment was bug bombed, and I found a bunch of dead ones around but they're still coming just as much as before. We sprayed some store-bought stuff yesterday but I don't know if it's doing any good because I'm still seeing a lot of them. I also put out like 20 of those Combat bait things; hopefully that will do some good. The exterminators are supposed to come out today (though I don't know what time), and I hope they know what they're doing. :\

Daymon was outside talking to our neighbors this morning and she informed him that the people that lived here before us were evicted for excessive filth. I guess that would explain it. >:[ The management really dropped the ball on this one. Actually, that might be why they put down new carpet...

Anyway, please pray that this will be taken care of. When I was making French toast last night, roaches kept coming out all like "FOOOOOOOD" and I don't think I can deal with that every freaking day. @_@

God, I pray you would banish the cockroaches from that place now and forever. That way Shiroi can eat her french toast in peace.

I'm curious. Isn't management responsible for eliminating pests?

Yes, the pest control guys are coming out sometime tomorrow morning. So hopefully this will all be over soon.
