I just wanted to make a thread to raise up all of those who have cancer, who have had it, and for the families who have lost a love one due to this disease.

I went to a concert the other day of Amy Grant's and at the end she dedicated a song to the people who have died of cancer.

I haven't cried for my mom in a long time because I don't really remember her at the age of 6, but just the fact that I had so many girls and women with there moms there made me feel left out or...I don't know, it just made me cry. I know that nothing can be done since she has passed away, but please pray for all of those who are going through cancer problems and for their families to hold together and get through it as God may will it.

p.s. I'm feeling great this morning, just a momentary...jealosy maybe....moment. Anyways, I must credit that I have two great women who have assumed a motherly role...not even related to me. So I lift them up for being so awesom with me!:jump:

My personal story surrounds my mother, however I would like to testify how great God has lifted me up and given me an inner peace that I can't even put into words. You can also abtain this peace if you just believe!:jump:

thanks praise for putting this up *smile

My friend may have cancer in her around her stomach/rib area .... she found a mass and had a cat scan done...since they didn't already let her know everything was ok..it means something is wrong..so i'm worried for her. Please pray...her name is Erin. And yes, she is a follower of Christ as well *smile

My gran passed away cuz of cancer a few months ago, it hurts to see a person you love suffer that way. But God is good and provides for us despite our circumstances, as He has provided for you! Thx so much for this thread, I think it means so much! I'll be praying!
