Tutor position and stuff

Hey guys! As you have heard, I have a new job at the Writing Center at my university. I'm going to apply for a writing tutor position here and, since I deleted all of my old papers, am needing to write one for the director to look over (to demonstrate that I know how to write properly).
Please pray for me in this. I really want this position so I can help students. I also have a short time to write said paper --it has to be 4-5 pages (which is not bad at all), but the problem I am having is coming up with a thesis statement. I want to write about service dogs and their benefits to persons with disabilities, but am not sure how to word a thesis. I'm just having a brain fog, basically.
Also, please pray for me in general. I am going through a battle with some things right now and am also having bad senioritis...just 10 more months until graduation --pray that I finish strong and that my time left is not wasted or focused on myself, but on ministry and leaving an impact here.
Oh, and I have testing in the morning (the first of 3 sessions) for DARS (formerly the Texas Rehab Commission) to determine my eligibility for assistance with college costs/finding a post-college job. I'm testing at the campus Psych Center and it's basically an evaluation --aptitude, etc.--to see if my diagnoses are confirmed by the tests and to see how they would affect(or is it effect?) my job performance. I'm kinda nervous...
Thank you. Pebbles says hi to everyone! *is very soundly asleep under my desk at work*
