CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Okay. So this is very, very small request. But as I've learned. If you don't pray for the small things. How is God going to get the big things. So. Anyways. As the title says. I have my first photoshoot with a model coming up this Saturday. It's really small. But I am really scared. If any of you check my Photography thread in the Art Section of the this site. I am really in love with photography. So. I guess this is a huge step for me. And I'm super scared. And nervous. About many things. Getting the right things I need. Like gas money. Batteries. Hoping my camera won't die on me. It's a Fujifilm A700. So it's not fancy or anything. How my model will react with what I'm doing. He's a close friend. But that still doesn't leave me from worrying. So if you don't mind thinking of me next time you pray. I would appreciate that. Because when two or more are gathered in prayer. Things happen.

I will certainly be praying! I have done a little modeling (nothing mainstream or even paid, for that matter!) and so long as you love what you are doing and put your attention into making the shots the best you can, your model will <3 you!!

So sorry, I missed this one. You have my prayers, PolarHeat.

Oh. My. Goodness. My how many things happen when you don't get on for a while. For the people who prayed for me. THANK YOU! SO MUCH! I have so much to tell. So I'll go into it. The photoshoot that Saturday did not happen. As of this past Tuesday. I am able to tell you the real reason. I had thought that he forgot. But it was just miscommunication. He thought something completly different than what I did. That's why it didn't happen. But God was with me. He planned that night for me to help someone from my church that needed it. She was having a family crisis and needed someone to watch her kids. So I did it and now I am so glad that things didn't happen the way I thought they were. God works in His ways and not ours. Thank you again for praying for me.

Oh! The photoshoot for Ben and I is back on. I get to plan it to the fullest. I would still like prayer for that. But thank you all so much!

Egads! I loves me some photography too, but I'm not very good at working with people. My best portraits were with someone else talking to the subject.
