My Dad's dog

Postby HitomiYuriko » Tue Jul 08, 2008 7:07 pm

I found out last night that the family dog is going blind. He is a black Lab and about 8-10 yrs old. They found out that he has a detached retina. Just keep them in your prayers.
[SIZE="1"]Believe

What I believe is what I will become. I believe I am special and that there will never be another like me...not ever. I believe I have been blessed with certain talents that will allow me to serve a purpose higher that my own. I believe we are all connected and that despite our differences we are one. I believe in the power or love and its ability to heal all wounds. I believe there are no acts of coincidence only acts of God that work miraculously in my life. I believe that the lessons I learn will be the lessons I teach.

Have they tried taking the dog to a veterinary ophthalmologist?

I took Pebbles to one in Houston for an exam. Maybe he/she can help?

Maybe a surgery could fix his retina?

Keep us updated.
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

"Since the creation of the Internet, the Earth's rotation has been fueled, primarily, by the collective spinning of English teachers in their graves."
