Glasses Broke

Well, this morning I was cleaning my glasses a per my routine (spay with cleaner, wipe on shirt) when they broke at one of the sautering points and the lens came out. I have had them for 4 years, so I guess it was just their time to break.
Anyway, we went to WalMart (where I got these glasses), but they only had one frame and it was really ugly and thick.

So we took my glasses to a jewelry repair shop and they said they may be able to fix it. Please pray that they are able to do the repair. I don't have nough money to buy another set of frames. I won't be able to go to work until they are fixed and I have a final tomorrow in ASL and I need to be able to see.

Your prayers will be greatly appreciated. Please forgive any typos because I can barely see the screen and am typing mostly with my eyes closed because the strain is really hurting them.

Thank you.

So yay! :) I didn't have to buy expensive new frames!

That's good to hear. Because the glasses that I have are frameless, and the place where one of my lenses is connected is broken. And it has been broken for a year. Luckily Ive been able to keep my glasses together. I would try to get my glasses fixed, but the brand of glasses has been discontinued. So Im waiting for the day when I can get new ones that are frameless, hopefully. Again congratulations on getting them fixed.
