I know I've been posting a lot lately, but I have an urgent prayer request.

I just got an email today from the college Work Study office and found out that I won't be awarded Work Study for the summer. Now I don't know what to do.
My work study job is my only source of income. My office doesn't have the budget to pay me on their payroll. Without the work study funds, I won't be able to eat, pay my bills, or pay for medicine. I also won't be able to save up for my Rabies shots for my internship in the fall.
I was really depending on work study. I feel like the carpet has been pulled out from under me.
What should I do? I sent the work study lady an email back explaining my situation, but I'm not sure what good it will do as decisions such as these are usually final.

Please pray for this situation. It is very distressing.

Update: I received an email from my supervisor at work and she said they put me on payroll for the summer. I didn't know they would be able to do that. I thought they wouldn't be able to allow me to work without work-study.
After talking to the work-study people, I found out that I would receive more money this way as the pay from payroll will be in addition to my financial aid. They said they could give me work-study, but they'd have to decrease one of my loans and add the work-study to it. I'd still receive the same financial aid amount.
So going the payroll route would actually give me more money.
