I'm back to ask for prayer right now. I just recieved word that my dog, Yuki. Was killed by a car while I was at work. She just turned 2 april 1. I feel so guilty because she always escaped...and I was supposed to lock her away, but I forgot. Now I'll never see her again. My husband and neighbor are burying her as we speak. I have lost my beloved little angel. Please pray I can find someone to take over for the rest of my shift. I really just want to go home...

Will pray...I know how it feels to lose a beloved animal...
Don't feel guilty...it won't do any good and will just leave you depressed. I pray for God's peace in your heart during this time.

Love you sister.

thank you all. I couldn't get someone, so I'm here til 10. I learned she was killed up on the main highway *many people ignore the change from 60 to 35 because there are no cops in our town and know they won't get caught.* She was hit, and killed instantly, broke her neck. The people who hit her didn't stop, but the people behind did. Our neighbor heard her get hit and when he heard voices he went to see what was up. A crowd had gathered. My husband came home 10 minutes later. . .Our neighbor already had her in a box. It's probably good that micah and I didn't get to see her. She was our first pet...
After I get off work, my husband and I are going to plant a rose bush on her grave.

I'm sorry to hear about this. I've lost a few pets, to old age, so I understand it really hurts when they pass away. I will pray for you. Take care.

I went up to the gravesite today and took a few pics with my camera phone. Since it's up on a hill, we would've had to bring water up with us. God blessed us with a thunderstorm last night, which prepared the ground perfectly. It stopped just long enough for us to plant it. When we got back to the house it started up again.

quick update of what happened. We suspected that Rusty, my mother in law's red healer, was with her, or saw what happened because he has been lethargic and not himself sense. Found out from our neighbor that when he went to retrieve Yuki, Rusty was trying to carry her back home. *sniff* he and her were the best of pals. He lost his best friend. So, I ask you guys pray for him too. It's so sad seeing him so depressed.
